What is all this about?
That Foliage Life is an indoor plant and pot shop based in Bendigo, Victoria.
We stock affordable beautiful, quality pots and planters and also boast a large range of indoor plants. In addition to that, we also stock indoor plant related wares, books, tools, and resources.
We offer Click and Collect or free local delivery in the Bendigo area for orders over $100.
When will I receive my order?
Once you check out, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know when you order is ready to for collection. Alternatively, if your order is eligible for free local delivery, we will be in contact to arrange a time suitable for drop off.
When can I pick up my order?
Click and collect is available Monday - Saturday for a pre-arranged time.
When do you deliver?
We will be in touch to organise a time for delivery.
Does someone need to be home to accept the order?
We do not offer re-delivery or a replacement of a missing order once delivered, so a safe place to leave your order MUST be specified if no one is available to accept the delivery.
What type of payment do you accept?
We currently accept all Shopify supported payments, including Visa and Mastercard. Unfortunately, we cannot accept payments through PayPal at this time.
Do you offer shipping?
We ship Australia wide. Shipping prices will be calculated upon checkout and are determined by weight and delivery destination. Some heavier items and larger plants will not be available for shipping.
Why does my plant look different to the one on the site?
That's the beauty of nature! Although we do our best to keep our stock as uniform as possible, they can't all be identical to the one pictured on the site, so please keep this in mind when making your purchase decisions.
Why does my product look different from the one on the site?
Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product's colour and design, actual colours and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time and other factors.
